The Innis Arden Cottage (aka Queen Anne
Building) was built by the
Tod Family in
1902-1903 for use as a guest house. The
cottage has recently been beautifully restored
by the Greenwich Point Conservancy. The
cottage is now operating as the
Floren Family
Environmental Center
and includes meeting

rooms, office space and during the summer

months is home to the Bruce Museum Seaside

Center.
