Come to the Point and Awaken Your Senses with Simple Mindfulness Practices

9:30 - 10:30 am

Time in nature lifts your mood, calms your nervous system, and inspires awe. Friends of Greenwich Point is hosting three mindfulness classes at the Point this Spring. 


Dr. Nancy Boksenbaum, a local mindfulness teacher, will lead the class to help you more fully appreciate nature and enjoy all the Point has to offer. You will learn a variety of introductory practices to befriend your breath, settle your mind, and pay better attention to the beauty and sounds of the Point.


Although the class is free, each class is limited to 20 people, one class per person. Please register by emailing and indicating which date you prefer. The first 20 people to sign up will be able to attend. You will be sent a confirmation email which will include meeting details.
