Come to the Point and Awaken Your Senses with Simple Mindfulness Practices

Wednesdays, Sept 21 and 28

9:30 - 10:30am

Time in nature lifts your mood, calms your nervous system, and inspires awe. Friends of Greenwich Point is hosting two mindfulness classes at the Point in September.A local mindfulness teacher will lead the class to help you more fully appreciate nature and to enjoy all the Point has to offer. You will learn a variety of introductory practices to befriend your breath, settle your mind, and pay better attention to the beauty and sounds of the Point.


Class is free, but each class is limited to only 15 people. One class per person, please.
