Ed Stilwagen of Atlantic Clam Farms and Jadar Nygaard of Hemlock Oyster Company will talk about "Commercial Shellfishing in Greenwich Waters".

 

Enjoy a raw bar of oysters and clams and a recreational shellfishing demonstration led by members of the Greenwich Shellfish Commission.
